A new day, so many possibilities

I regularly receive messages from “the Universe” – you’ve probably heard about it: http://www.tut.com/inspiration/nftu

These emails are full of wisdom, beautiful thoughts and inspiration. It’s kind of having a coach who reminds you of how magnificent you are and how beautiful life is:)

This is a message I received a few weeks ago and I am sharing it because I never thought about time this way:

There’s so much time in a day, Sarah.

You could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner on 3 different continents.

You could outline the book you’re going to write, start the screenplay adaptation, and watch “Gone With The Wind,” before the sun even sets.

Spend a day at work, and still have 16 hours left over.

Or you could just think 60,000 different thoughts as you tool all over Hamburg.

Hey, the record for climbing Mt. Everest is under 9 hours, leaving 15 to nap and go Yeti searching. There’s so much time in a day, Sarah. So much.

You’re rich,

The Universe

It’s true. Every day is a new beginning. A new chance. Millions of choices you could make.

Often times we live in our routine and forget about all the possibilities that are offered by life. But we can take the time to “check in” and this is important to realize our freedom. What is it that you truly want? What is important to you? Are you living according to your values? What actions steps would you need to take towards your goal? How do you want to spend your precious time?

When we appreciate the time we have and fill each day with a purpose, and when we do the things that make our heart smile, we live a truly fulfilling life – no matter what we do and no matter where we are at this very moment.

You’re rich.
