What are you grateful for?

Gratefulness is so brilliantly powerful, because of the fact that you attract what you put out and it influences your emotional state positively! 

Often times we are just focusing on the things we are missing and totally forget about the wonderful things in life we already experience on a daily basis: a random stranger smiling at you; deep and honest conversations; a refreshing shower after exercise; a bed with fresh linen; being able to see/feel/touch/hear/taste,… these are just a few examples of the things I write down every day. I daily list – at least – 5 things I’m grateful for. It often takes less than a few minutes. Give it a try:)
